Screen Captures Display the image/text on your mac that you wish to capture and then do apple / shift / 4 key command. When you do apple / shift / 4 you get a cursor on the screen that allows you to select exactly what area of the screen that you want to capture. This capture creates a .png file on you desktop that you can insert into a slide as a graphic file (Insert>Picture>From File).
Delete Files from Finder Instead of clicking on "Move to Trash" in the finder's right mouse menu, you can do apple / delete and delete the file directly.
Right Mouse without an External Mouse Hold the  ctrl key down and "tap" the built-in Mouse and the right mouse menu will be displayed.
